Full Scope Inspection Services

Comprehensive Customizable Drone Enabled Inspection Packages

TruNorthe provides comprehensive tower inspection services for all inspection needs. TruNorthe has the capability and specialists to not only provide customizable inspections for all tower needs but can provide this along with end-to-end project and program management.

Our inspection services can be provided on call for disaster recovery, insurance requirements, tower repair, close out packages, or scheduled annual TIA standard inspection requirements. By utilizing a drone centric inspection package we ensure that climbing, and all its associated risks, are minimized. Whenever a climb is required the crews will be better informed with full knowledge of tower conditions and repair requirements before ever setting off thus further minimizing risk to personnel and equipment.

Our inspections will meet all TIA requirements for your portfolio but can far exceed any current means and methods. Our customizable packages not only provide the data of traditional work but exceed that utilizing 3D digital twin models providing hundreds of geolocated images, ground based 3D tours, artificial intelligence driven equipment identification and rust detection, pre climb safety reports, and thermal/IR electrical scans. These data sets will not only provide for required inspections but will also provide an all-encompassing enduring data set capable of being utilized for future expansion and project management.

AI Rust Detection

AI Rust Detection

We use some of the most advanced data processing engines in the industry and have the ability to train these processing engines to meet industry needs without the extensive manual labor that would previously have been required.

Using a new Machine Learning (ML) engine and Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven outputs we can process the tower models and scan the data set to identify rust on the tower. By automating this process, we can turn around reports in less time with a higher degree of accuracy while giving you a map by which to navigate to every photo showing the rust on your asset.

All this can be done while eliminating the risk of putting personnel on the tower and provide a far more detailed visualization of the rust and tower condition.

Terrestrial 3D Models

Terrestrial 3d Data Of Your Compound

Using 360-degree cameras and LIDAR scanners we are able to provide a tour of the tower compound. These 3D models ensure that no photo is ever missed, assets can be measured and annotated, the information can inform future decisions and designs, and you are provided with a never before level of understanding your facility.

These models allow you to gain a better situational understanding of your compound and equipment and enable you to annotate and measure anything required from a multitude of angles. This not only enables a completely new level of inspection but can entirely eliminate field visits allowing your team to work from these data sets for future equipment installs and compound modifications.

IR Electrical Inspections

IR Electrical Inspections

Thermal/IR Enabled Inspections

Utilizing advanced thermal (IR) sensors the team can collect thermal scans from the ground or aerial platforms to provide information on a variety of equipment on your structure. The IR scan can show electrical wiring issues, improper grounding, failing equipment, and coolant leaks on large broadcast towers.

These sensors provide insight into initial construction close out inspections, insurance inspections, and annual required inspections. By using IR assets to locate issues climbers and repair teams are able to spend less time off the ground moving directly to the location of the problem when conducting repairs.
